I’m Denny Morgan, and I work with Lyons & Sons in the United States. I became interested in food logistics after learning how careful storage can help protect products before they move to their next destination. My experience with storage of cocoa beans has given me a better understanding of organized storage areas, inventory checks, and careful product handling. I enjoy learning about the different steps involved in food supply chains. Outside work, I like cooking, reading about food, taking road trips, and exploring new places.
